This building is located in a prime location in Bangkok on Sukumvit Soi 1, next to Bamrungrad Hospital (near Plonchit BTS station). When looking for apartment it is important to know that: 1. I am the owner of these studio apartments (I am not an agent and I live in the same building which enable me to give you better faster service if necessary). 2. I renovated them myself for myself with the best ingredients (wallpaper, tiles, furniture, lights and everything else). These are not simple studio rooms but fully renovated suites. 3. I provide you with English paper work. (Others might do in Thai: this saves you translator or lawyer fees) 4. I hold on to your deposit which I return to you when you leave. (I heard of many horror stories of people who were not able to receive their deposit for without any good reason.) 5. The water charges are as low as they can be. (Typically around 100 baht per month. Some buildings charge extras.) 6. Electricity is also paid directly to the Power Company. (No funny extras) 7. The maintenance fee is paid by me. 8. Cable TV and Internet bills are paid by me. However, you pay for them together with your rent (1550 baht for TrueVision and 650 baht for True Internet) 9. You have Drinking water in the apartment and a hot plate for cooking, as well as microwave. 29” TV DVD/VCD player. 10. There is a laundry service in front of the building (only 50 baht per kg) 11. The swimming pool is on the 6th floor. 12. There is a parking space in the Building. Moreover, the building is conveniently situated not far from the highway. Soon there will be a train station to the airport close by as well. And we are a walking distance from the BTS Phlonchit Station. There are Taxi-Scooters in front of the building which will transport you to the beginning of the soi. There are Texi available 24 hours in the nearby Hospital. There are buses and even a boat pier 13. The view is very unique too. You are welcome to see it for yourself.
