My Bangkok apartments are all in First Tower.
This building is located in a prime location in
Bangkok on Sukumvit Soi 1, next to Bamrungrad
Hospital (near Plonchit BTS station).
What you should know about the apartments?
1. I am the owner of these studio apartments (I am not an agent and I live in the same building which allows me to give you better and faster service).
2. I renovated them with the best appointments (wallpaper, tile, furniture, lights etc). These are not simple studio rooms but fully renovated suites.
3. I provide the tenant with English rental documents.
4. Your deposit is returned to you when you leave. (I heard of many horror stories of people who were not able to receive their deposit without a good reason.)
5. The water charges are minimal and typically around 100 baht per month.
6. Electricity is also paid directly to the Power Company. (No funny extras)
7. You pay NO maintenance fee.
8. Cable TV and Internet fees are not included.(1550 baht for TrueVision and 650 baht for True Internet)
9. Drinking water, a hot plate, a microwave, as well as a 29" TV and DVD/VCD player.
10. There is laundry service in front of the building (only 50 baht per kg).
11. The building and grounds offer excellent security with ample staff, CCTV on every floor, fingerprint lobby door key.
12. The swimming pool is on the 6th floor.
13. The apartment river view is very unique and you are very welcome to come and see it for yourself.
14. The apartment also comes with a reserved parking space. Moreover, the building is conveniently situated not far from the highway. Soon there will be a train station to the airport close by as well. And we are within walking distance to the BTS Phlonchit Station. There are taxi-scooters in front of the building which will transport you to the beginning of the Soi. There are also taxis available 24 hours at the nearby hospital. There are buses and even a boat pier.
