Safety

First tower have a team of security guards, there are 2 doors leading to the lifts and both of them are secured with a finger and hand scanned key mechanism. Furthermore, there are cameras in every floor a part of the CCTV (Closed Circuit TV).

Super Markets.

There was always FoodLand on Soi 5 and VillaMarket in Plonchit Building across Sukhumvit road facing Soi 1. Recently we also have Top supermarkets near Soi 3. I recommend FoodLand; a taxi with all your shopping back to First Tower can cost about 40 bahts.

Laundry

I suggest a laundry service which is across the street from building: You drop your clothing load and you receive it the next day all clean and folded nicely. You simply have to put it in your closet. The basic service is 50 baht per kilo. They can iron too for an additional fee.

Room Cleaning.

For cleaning of your room, I recommend the use of the cleaning team in the building. You schedule appointment where you have to be present too and they clean your room in about 1 hour. Minimum payment is 200-300 baht per hour.

Hair Saloon.

The are a number of hair saloon in the neighborhood. One is simply next First Tower and are more stores available along Soi 1. I recommend King's Salon.
